Founded in 1883 in Beersel near Brussels, 3 Fonteinen is one of the last traditional breweries crafting lambic and gueuze using ancestral methods. Revived in the 1990s by Armand Debelder, affectionately known as “Papy Gueuze,” the brewery is a global reference for spontaneous fermentation.
