🍇 Maison Advinam: A Committed and Inspired Winery

Maison Advinam is a wine estate located in Saint-Morillon, in the heart of the Bordeaux region. It was founded by Anne Buiatti, an agronomist passionate about natural wine. After ten years in Languedoc-Roussillon, she and her husband settled in an old farmhouse surrounded by forests and gravelly hillsides, where the Advinam project was born in 2016.

🌿 Philosophy and Practices

• The estate is certified organic, biodynamic, and natural wine, with a strong commitment to environmentally respectful practices.

• The wines are made without added sulfites and often aged in terracotta amphorae to preserve the pure expression of the terroir.

🍷 The Wines

• Signature cuvées include Bouffonne, a “Bordeaux Hermitagé” blending Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a touch of Syrah.

• The estate produces intense reds, delicate whites, and sparkling wines, all marked by finesse and strong identity.
