Founded in 2009 by Gianni Bortolin in Santo Stefano, Valdobbiadene (Veneto), Tre Mat is a small artisanal winery that embraces a radically natural approach to Prosecco. The name “Tre Mat” (Three Madmen) reflects the founder’s rebellious spirit—often called “crazy” for his bold choices: early harvests, slow vinification, and rejection of industrial norms.
