Domaine Corentin Houillon

🍷 Corentin Houillon: Living Wines from the Heart of Chautagne

Based in Serrières-en-Chautagne, Savoie, Corentin Houillon farms 5 hectares of vines on glacial molasse slopes beneath the Gros Foug mountain. A native of the Jura and nephew of Emmanuel Houillon-Overnoy, he trained with pioneers like Tissot (Jura), Derain (Burgundy), and in Switzerland. Since 2020, he vinifies his own cuvées at Domaine de Véronnet using biodynamic methods, with no additives or added sulfites.
