🥃 Whisky Uberach: Alsatian Soul in a Single Malt

Launched in 2003 by Distillerie Bertrand in Uberach, Whisky Uberach is the first artisanal whisky from Alsace to earn the IGP “Whisky d’Alsace” designation. Made from locally brewed mash, distilled in Holstein bain-marie stills, and aged in carefully selected barrels (banyuls, beer, French oak), these whiskies offer remarkable aromatic complexity.
