Founded in 2005 by Gilles and Fabienne Ballorin in Morey-Saint-Denis, Domaine Ballorin & F. spans about 6 hectares in Burgundy’s prestigious Côte de Nuits. Certified organic and biodynamic (Demeter), the estate emphasizes manual labor, horse plowing, and natural winemaking. The wines are low-intervention, expressive, and vibrant, with minimal sulfur use.
