👨‍🌾 History and Creation

• Cyril Courvoisier, formerly working with Jean-Luc Colombo, founded his own estate in Ardèche.

• First vintage released in 2016 in Saint-Péray, followed by Cornas in 2018.

• From the beginning, he adopted organic farming, respectful of soils and biodiversity.

📍 Location and Terroir

• Based in Cornas, at the foot of the natural amphitheater overlooking the Rhône.

• Vineyards spread across Cornas, Saint-Péray, and Saint-Joseph appellations.

• Terraced plots on granite soils, supported by dry-stone walls.

🌱 Philosophy and Practices

• Organic viticulture from the start, without unnecessary inputs.

• Manual harvests and natural vinifications, highlighting balance and fruit purity.

• Gentle aging, producing elegant, digestible wines true to their terroir.

🍇 Grapes and Cuvées

• Main varieties: Syrah (Cornas, Saint-Joseph) and Marsanne/Roussanne (Saint-Péray).

• Signature cuvées: Cornas Les Côtes, Chaillot Cornas, Saint-Péray Rochette, Saint-Péray Les Putiers.
