🍷 Domaine de l’Alézan: Living Wines from Ardèche

Founded in 2013 by Rémi and Patricia Bonneton, Domaine de l’Alézan is located in Étables and Tournon-sur-Rhône, in the Doux Valley of Ardèche. This artisanal estate was born from a shared dream and a tribute to their mares, Palynka and Suspens, who enabled Rémi to work for other winemakers for six years. Today, they farm around 5 hectares biodynamically, with a radically natural approach: hand harvesting, whole-cluster fermentation, no additives, no added sulfur, no filtration.

• Aging in concrete tanks, amphorae, or neutral barrels.

• Syrah, Serine, Marsanne, Viognier, Gamay, Grenache, Merlot.
