🌿 Origins and Philosophy

Creation: Étienne Thiebaud founded the estate in 2007, at only 22 years old, inspired by Jura natural wine pioneers such as Pierre Overnoy and Jean-François Ganevat.

Location: Situated in Cramans, in the northern Jura, near Arbois and Arc-et-Senans.

Philosophy: Absolute respect for the terroir, organic farming from the very beginning, manual soil work, use of herbal teas, and adherence to the lunar calendar.

Vinification: Wines are crafted as naturally as possible, often without added sulfites, with semi-carbonic macerations for reds and aging in old barrels.

🍇 Vineyard and Grapes

Surface area: About 4.5 hectares of vines aged between 15 and 115 years.

Grape varieties cultivated:

• Whites: Savagnin, Chardonnay

• Reds: Poulsard, Trousseau, Pinot Noir
