🍷 Domaine du Petit Oratoire: Youth, Biodiversity, and Natural Wine in the Gard

Located in Valliguières, in the southern Rhône Valley, Lori Haon founded Domaine du Petit Oratoire in 2016 at just 21 years old. This self-taught winemaker took over an abandoned 20-hectare estate and transformed it into a vibrant, organically farmed vineyard. He cultivates 13 grape varieties, including the rare Riesling for the region. In the cellar, he practices natural winemaking with no added sulfites or additives, and gentle aging in tanks or barrels. The wines are fresh, juicy, and full of energy.
