🍷 Hameau Toucheboeuf: Intuition and Nature in the Rhône Hills

Founded in 2017 by Simon Gastrein in Bessey, just south of Condrieu, Hameau Toucheboeuf is a 5-hectare micro-estate nestled in the granite slopes of the Pilat Natural Park. A former chef, Simon trained with Rhône winemaker André Perret before launching his own project. He farms organically without pesticides and vinifies by instinct, letting nature guide the process.
