🍷 Domaine Inebriati: Natural Wine and Living Terroir in the Heart of Languedoc

Founded in 2010 by Victor Beau, Domaine Inebriati is located in Vacquières and Corconne, at the northern edge of the Pic-Saint-Loup appellation. Inheriting vines from Domaine Beauthorey—an early biodynamic pioneer—Victor now farms nearly 6 hectares organically and biodynamically. The “Gravette” soils—limestone pebbles from cliff erosion—give the wines remarkable freshness and depth. Winemaking is natural, with little or no added sulfites.
