Domaine Jessica Litaud
👨‍🌾 History and Family
Native of Vergisson, Jessica Litaud took over part of her family’s vineyards in 2018.
After traveling across ten countries, she returned home to establish her domaine.
Trained with Jean-Marie Guffens (Mâconnais) and Jean-François Ganevat (Jura), she draws inspiration from their demanding, natural approaches.

Based at the foot of the Roche de Solutré, in the Mâconnais.
Vineyard size: about 2 hectares.
Appellations: Pouilly-Fuissé (including Premiers Crus), Saint-Véran, Mâcon-Vergisson.
Limestone and clay-limestone soils, giving tension and minerality.

Organic viticulture, manual work, respect for soils.
Natural vinifications, indigenous yeasts, minimal inputs.
Long aging, producing precise and vibrant wines.

Single grape variety: Chardonnay.
