🍷 Domaine de La Patelle: Biodynamic Craft in the Heart of Jura

Founded in 2021 by Pascal Théreau in Arbois, Domaine de La Patelle is a young Jura estate farmed organically and biodynamically. After studying oenology in Beaune and working with Stéphane Tissot, Pascal took over the vineyards of Domaine des Bodines, cultivated biodynamically for over 15 years. He vinifies Jura’s five traditional grapes (Savagnin, Chardonnay, Poulsard, Trousseau, Pinot Noir) naturally, with no additives or added sulfites. The name comes from a ruined kiosk he restored using an old postcard.
