🍷 Domaine des Grouas: A Young Organic Venture in the Heart of Anjou

Founded in July 2022 by Lionel and Pauline Hupolox in Martigné-Briand, Domaine des Grouas spans 14 hectares certified organic since 2018. Located at the confluence of Anjou Noir and Anjou Blanc, the estate benefits from diverse soils—schist, sandstone, and limestone. Lionel, a former consultant turned winemaker, practices environmentally respectful viticulture and natural winemaking with minimal intervention. The estate is gradually transitioning to biodynamics.
