👨‍🌾 History and Family

• Granddaughter of vigneron Pierre Boillot, Marthe Henry first worked in journalism before returning to Meursault in 2017.

• Trained at Beaune’s wine school and with estates like Rougeot, she launched her micro-négoce.

• In 2023, she took back part of her family’s vineyards.

📍 Location and Terroir

• Based in Meursault, Côte de Beaune.

• Produces wines from Meursault, Pommard, Aloxe-Corton, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Santenay, Montagny, Maranges.

• Limestone and clay-limestone soils, bringing tension and minerality.

🌱 Philosophy and Practices

• Organic-style viticulture (uncertified), no herbicides or chemical fertilizers.

• Natural vinifications, little or no sulfur, minimal filtration.

• Long aging (minimum 18 months) in oak barrels.

🍇 Grapes and Cuvées

• Whites: Chardonnay, Aligoté.

• Reds: Pinot Noir.
