👨‍🌾 History and Family

• Established in the early 20th century in Meursault (Côte de Beaune, Burgundy).

• The estate flourished under Guy Roulot, who acquired key Meursault parcels.

• Since 1989, his son Jean-Marc Roulot, also an actor, has been running the domaine with remarkable rigor.

📍 Location and Terroir

• Based in Meursault, at the heart of Côte de Beaune.

• Vineyard size: about 15 hectares.

• Appellations: mainly Meursault village and Premiers Crus (Les Charmes, Les Perrières, Les Genevrières, Les Meix Chavaux), plus some Bourgogne Blanc.

• Clay-limestone soils, providing tension and minerality.

🌱 Philosophy and Practices

• Organic viticulture since the 1990s.

• Manual harvests, precise vinifications, long aging in oak barrels (little new wood).

• Style: pure, precise wines, with great aging potential.
