🍷 Double Zéro – Vins pur jus: Natural Micro-Négoce in Burgundy

Founded in 2018 in Beaune by Jean-François Cuzin and François Bouillot, Double Zéro is a Burgundy-based micro-négoce focused on natural, additive-free wines. The name “Double Zéro” reflects their philosophy: zero chemicals in the vineyard, zero additives in the cellar. Grapes are sourced from organic and biodynamic plots in Côte de Beaune and Hautes-Côtes de Nuits. Winemaking is artisanal, using whole clusters and no filtration, resulting in vibrant, fruit-forward wines.
