Founded in 2007 in Münchweier, Baden (Germany), Enderle & Moll was born from the friendship between Sven Enderle and Florian Moll. Together, they revived old, low-yielding vines using organic and biodynamic principles (uncertified), without synthetic chemicals. The domaine is renowned for its natural winemaking—no additives, native yeasts, and gentle aging in old barrels. Their Pinot Noir (Spätburgunder) is considered among the finest and most expressive in Germany, crafted with a free-spirited, artisanal approach.
