🍏 Fruktstereo: Wild Natural Ciders and Fruit-Nats from Malmö

Founded in 2016 by Karl Sjöström and Mikael Nypelius in Malmö, Fruktstereo is a Swedish artisanal cidery that redefines cider-making. Former sommeliers, they source untreated fruits from abandoned orchards and agricultural surplus (apples, pears, grapes, quinces, carrots, etc.) to craft natural ciders and fruit pét-nats with no added sulfites or filtration. Each cuvée is a playful experiment, often spontaneously fermented, with music-inspired names like Ciderday Night Fever, Yellow Cidremarine, and The Fruit Pet Nat Formerly Known As Cider. Labels are bold, the spirit is punk, and the bubbles are alive.
