Founded in 2013 in Andance, Northern Rh么ne Valley, Jean-Baptiste Souillard鈥檚 winery is a small-scale, artisanal n茅gociant house focused on top terroirs like C么te-R么tie, Saint-Joseph, Crozes-Hermitage, Cornas, and Saint-P茅ray. Coming from a farming family, Jean-Baptiste studied oenology in Montpellier and wine business in Dijon, and trained at prestigious estates such as Ch芒teau Latour (Bordeaux) and Comte Armand (Burgundy). He works with the same organically farmed plots each year, overseeing everything from vineyard to vinification. Grapes are often whole-cluster fermented with native yeasts, no fining or filtration, and minimal sulfur.
