🍷 Karnage: Pure Jura Juice with No Compromise

Founded in 2020 in Abergement-le-Grand, Jura, Karnage is a natural wine négociant created by Charles Dagand (co-founder of Domaine de l’Octavin) and Stéphane Planche (sommelier and wine merchant in Arbois). Since 2023, Stéphane continues the project solo, guided by a radical philosophy: zero additives, no added sulfur, no filtration. Grapes are sourced from certified organic or biodynamic growers and fermented with native yeasts. Karnage produces honest, energetic, glouglou-style wines—pure juice, alive and joyful, often labeled Vin de France.
