🍷 Le Nez de Goth: Free-Spirited Natural Wine from Jura, Burgundy, and Savoie

Created by Olivier Boulin, Le Nez de Goth is a small natural négociant based in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. With a background in philosophy, Olivier worked in wine across Australia, Chablis, and with Sylvain Pataille in Marsannay before launching his own project. He sources grapes from organic or biodynamic vineyards in Jura, Savoie, and Burgundy, and vinifies them naturally—whole-cluster, no additives, no added sulfur, and gentle aging. His wines are emotional, expressive, and often labeled as Vin de France, with cryptic names like GFX, DDC, PNT, and Litron.
