Les Barbatruks - Maxime Lannay Isabelle Delahaye
🍷 Les Barbatruks: Raw Energy and Natural Craft from the Jura
Founded in 2017 in Arbois, Jura, by Maxime Lannay, Les Barbatruks is a micro-scale natural wine project run with his partner Isabelle Delahaye since 2018. Maxime, a former rugby player turned winemaker, trained with Rafael Monier and Alice Bouvot (Domaine de l’Octavin), refining his intuitive style. Isabelle, a former sommelier in top French restaurants, brings precision and finesse. Together, they farm less than one hectare across eight tiny plots in Arbois and supplement with a small négociant activity. Their wines are made naturally—no additives, no sulfur—resulting in vibrant, expressive cuvées often labeled Vin de France.
