🍷 Les Lunes Wines: Natural California Wine Rooted in Terroir, Precision, and Energy

Les Lunes Wines is a natural wine project based in Northern California (Mendocino, Napa, Sonoma), founded by Shaunt Oungoulian and Diego Roig. As part of a new generation of California winemakers, they are reviving a hands-on, organic, and regenerative approach to viticulture. They lease and farm over 8 hectares themselves, without herbicides or pesticides, and vinify in their own cellar. Winemaking is natural, with native yeasts, minimal or no sulfur, and careful aging. Their sister label Populis offers more accessible wines made from grapes sourced from like-minded growers. The style is fresh, vibrant, and expressive of place.
