Maison Pinot Noar is a micro-estate founded by Arnaud Lopez in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy. A former educator, Arnaud transitioned to winemaking at age 35 after ten years at the renowned Domaine Prieuré Roch, where he developed a deep respect for natural wine. Since 2018, he has crafted small-batch cuvées from organically farmed grapes, vinified without additives or added sulfites, using spontaneous fermentation and aging in 2–3 year-old barrels. Each wine is a raw, expressive reflection of the terroir, often labeled as Vin de France with poetic, offbeat names.
