🍷 Domaine Philippe Valette: The Art of Living Chardonnay in Mâconnais

Located in Chaintré, at the border of Mâconnais and Beaujolais, Domaine Philippe Valette is a 15-hectare family estate farmed organically and biodynamically since 1992—without certification by choice. Philippe, his wife Cécile, and his brother Baptiste practice demanding, life-respecting viticulture and natural winemaking with no additives. The domaine is renowned for its exceptionally long lees aging (up to 10 years), producing chardonnays of rare depth and complexity.
