Founded by Darek Trowbridge in the Russian River Valley (Sonoma County, California), Old World Winery is a family-run estate blending old-world winemaking traditions with artisanal innovation. A fourth-generation winemaker, Darek farms biodynamically, honoring living soils, biodiversity, and natural rhythms. Winemaking is fully natural—no additives or sulfites—with spontaneous fermentation and aging in neutral barrels. The wines are small-batch, expressive, and often made from old, ungrafted vines. The range includes deep reds, vibrant whites, vintage ciders, and pét-nats.
