Located in Saint-Fiacre-sur-Maine, at the heart of the Nantes vineyard, Domaine de la Combe is run by Pierre-Henri Gadais. After touring vineyards around the world, he returned to his native region to take over a family estate nestled in the Pétière valley. On 15 hectares across three distinct terroirs, he grows Melon de Bourgogne organically, with a hands-on, life-respecting approach.
