🍷 Pierre Weber: Alsatian Natural Wine Rooted in Family Legacy and Contemporary Energy

Based in Husseren-les-Châteaux, in the heart of Alsace, Pierre Weber farms 3 hectares of vines on the Eichberg, Hohrain, and Wasserfall terroirs. Son of an oenologist and grandson of a winemaker, he took over the family vines in 2020—on the day of the COVID lockdown—after a transformative journey and ecological awakening. The domaine is certified organic and biodynamic (Demeter), with manual farming, natural vinification (no additives or sulfites), and free-form aging. Pierre experiments with skin contact, hybrid varieties, stainless crown caps, and extended élevage. His wines are vibrant, poetic, often micro-parcel based, and reflect a free, expressive Alsace.
