Pierrick Bouley
🍷 Pierrick Bouley: Artisanal Burgundy Rooted in Family Heritage and Living Viticulture
Located in Volnay, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, Domaine Pierrick Bouley represents six generations of winemaking since the 1850s. Pierrick joined the family estate in 2009 and took full control in 2014, renaming it under his own name. He farms 9 hectares across 41 parcels, most of which are old vines (average age: 50–60 years), in prestigious appellations such as Volnay, Pommard, Monthélie, Beaune, and Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes. Inspired by biodynamics, he practices manual viticulture without herbicides or chemical fertilizers, and earned organic certification in 2023. Since 2016, he vinifies without sulfur, producing elegant, expressive wines deeply connected to their terroir.
