Poivre d´Ane
🍷 Poivre d’Âne: A House of Free and Committed Wines from Languedoc
Founded in 2013 in Argelliers (Occitanie) by three grape-loving friends, Poivre d’Âne is a natural wine négociant house. Far from industrial standards, it works with eight partner growers across southern France, all practicing organic or biodynamic farming. Together, they select parcels and grapes to craft living wines—no additives, native yeasts, and minimal sulfur. Poivre d’Âne highlights lesser-known varieties like Mauzac, Bourboulenc, and Aramon, offering honest, drinkable wines that respect nature and terroir.
