Pranzegg
🍷 Pranzegg: South Tyrolean Natural Wine Rooted in Biodynamics, Alpine Terroir, and Sensitive Craftsmanship
Located in Bolzano, Alto Adige (South Tyrol), Pranzegg is a family-run estate led by Martin Gojer and Marion Untersulzner. On 4 hectares of steep vineyards, they practice certified biodynamic farming with a holistic approach that includes plants, animals, and people in a living ecosystem. Indigenous grapes like Schiava, Lagrein, and Gewürztraminer are vinified naturally: hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented, aged on lees, unfiltered and unfined, with minimal sulfur. The wines are deep, vibrant, and elegantly express the alpine culture and terroir.
