🍷 Sot La Mont: Natural Wine from Friuli Rooted in Humble Farming and Honest Terroir Expression

Located in Racchiuso, in the Colli Orientali of Friuli (Italy), Sot La Mont is the project of Luca Fedele, a self-taught winemaker who returned to farming out of passion. Inheriting family vineyards, he only recently began bottling his own wines, with a hands-on, no-frills approach. The vines are grown without herbicides or pesticides on clay-limestone and gravel soils. Winemaking is natural: spontaneous fermentation, no added yeast, no fining or filtration, minimal sulfur. The wines are honest, drinkable, and affordable — a sincere take on natural wine for everyday enjoyment.
