Located in Mendocino County, California, Subject To Change Wine Co. was founded by Alex Pomerantz and his team with a radically natural approach to winemaking. All grapes come from organic or biodynamic vineyards, dry-farmed and free of chemical inputs. Fermentations are spontaneous, with no added yeast, no fining or filtration, and no added sulfites. The winery works with a wide range of grape varieties and terroirs, often in creative blends. Cuvées bear evocative names like Unsung Hero, Party Monster, Lune Juice, or Disco!, reflecting a joyful, free-spirited, and committed aesthetic.
