🍸 The Botanist Gin: A Wild Tribute to the Isle of Islay

The Botanist is a Scottish gin distilled by the renowned Bruichladdich Distillery on the Isle of Islay, famous for its peated whiskies. Introduced in 2011, The Botanist is a handcrafted gin made with 31 botanicals, including 22 wild herbs hand-foraged on the island by local botanists. It is distilled in a rare Lomond still nicknamed "Ugly Betty", using slow maceration and vapor infusion. The result is a complex, herbal, floral, and mineral gin that captures the wild, coastal spirit of Islay.
