🍾 Champagne Timothée Stroebel: Organic Craftsmanship and Living Terroir from Montagne de Reims

Located in Villers-Allerand, a Premier Cru village in the Montagne de Reims, Timothée Stroebel is part of Champagne’s new wave. His family’s history dates back to the 1930s, and he began vinifying in 2008 after reclaiming the vineyards in 2001. Trained in Burgundy, he follows a fully organic and artisanal approach: manual vineyard work, no herbicides, natural vinification with native yeasts, and little to no dosage. His champagnes express the diversity of soils (clay-limestone, sandy, marly) and grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Meunier, Chardonnay), with cuvées like Triptyque, Les Vignes d’Autrefois, and Les Coteaux. Vibrant, sincere bubbles rooted in place.
