🍷 Vincent Wallard – Cuatro Manos: Nomadic Natural Winemaking Between the Loire, Argentina, and Free Spirit

Vincent Wallard is an independent winemaker and organic grape négociant known for his unconventional path. After running a bar in Trouville and making short films, he moved to Argentina in 2011 to produce “pateros” wines — artisanal, outside industrial systems. He collaborated with Bodega Cecchin in Mendoza, the country’s first natural winery. Back in France, he founded Cuatro Manos – Les Vins Tonton in Berrie (Loire), where he buys organic grapes, harvests them himself, and vinifies without additives. His wines feature long macerations, slow fermentations, and barrel aging. They are vibrant, rebellious, and reflect a nomadic, artisanal spirit.
